SUWANEE, GA (Sep. 12, 2025) — Hisense, a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, demonstrated strong performance in the television category of the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) Household Appliance and Electronics Study 2025.* With a score of 82, Hisense tied for second place in customer satisfaction among top television brands, a significant achievement that underscores its accelerating momentum and brand loyalty in the U.S. market.
The ACSI Household Appliance and Electronics Study 2025 is based on interviews with thousands of U.S. consumers about their recent purchases and experiences. The ACSI study highlights a notable shift in consumer priorities, indicating that customers are now placing greater emphasis on the total experience, with value and support becoming as important as cutting-edge technology. Hisense’s performance reflects a core component of its U.S. strategy: offering a high-value proposition and building strong relationships with retailers and consumers.
“This hard-earned result from ACSI is a testament to our relentless focus on our customers,” said David Gold, President of Hisense Americas and Hisense USA. “It validates our commitment to deliver innovative, high-quality products that are supported by a positive customer experience. Hisense’s mission is to make life better, easier, and more entertaining for millions of families, and these results shows we’re on the right path.”
The ACSI results are the latest in a series of achievements for Hisense. The company has secured the number two global ranking for TV shipments and is a leader in the large-screen TV segment. At IFA 2025 earlier this month, Hisense’s innovations received nine awards, including "Best in Home Entertainment" for its L9Q Laser TV. The company's "AI Your Life" vision, showcased at events like CES, highlights its commitment to integrating artificial intelligence across its product lineup, from its new RGB-MiniLED TVs to its smart home appliances. Hisense also continues to expand its brand presence through strategic global sponsorships, including its partnerships with the FIFA World Cup 2026TM.
