Position Type: Full Time

 

Responsibilities:

·       Responsible for 3rd party factory audits arranged by customer, communicating with both factory and customer to ensure that the factory is eligible to supply product

·       Follow up on progress of new products in development and send relevant information to customers in the form of a project tracker on a regular basis until the first shipment of the new product is completed.

·       Apply for product testing and follow up until the test report is complete.

·       Submit product changes to the customer in the form of ECN and update the relevant documents to ensure successful subsequent inspection.

·       Follow up on issues throughout the order fulfilment process (order production, inspection, booking, delivery) to ensure on-time delivery; share order shipping status to customers and get their feedback; submit order changes to customers in the form of POM.

·       Conduct weekly meetings with the team to discuss and analyze order fulfilment and sort out problems in a timely manner.

·       Conduct monthly meetings with customers to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

·       3-5 years’ experience with global sourcing and supply base management position criteria, inventory planning, or production or manufacturing operations.

·       Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

·       Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

·       Critical thinker, good team player, and results-oriented problem-solving skills

·       Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

·       Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar field.

·       Proficient in English.

·       Proficiency in Chinese preferred.
