Job Overview: primary responsibility is to manage the efficient and effective flow of products, materials, and equipment in reverse, from the customer back to the point of Hisense DC. This position will play a crucial role in optimizing the reverse logistics process, ensuring cost-effective returns, repairs, refurbishments, and recycling. This position expertise will contribute to reducing waste, maximizing asset recovery, and improving customer satisfaction through streamlined reverse logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Returns Management: Oversee the return of products, materials, or equipment from customers, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, and reconciliation of returned items. Evaluate the condition of returned goods and determine appropriate disposition (repair, refurbish, recycle, or resale).
Repair and Refurbishment: Coordinate and manage the repair and refurbishment processes for returned items. Collaborate with internal repair teams or external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs. Monitor repair activities, quality standards, and turnaround times.

Inventory Accuracy: Oversee and verify daily inventory and transaction accuracy. Collaborate with internal team to fix any discrepancy transactions and eliminate customer compliances.
Qualifications:
Experience working with international suppliers and carriers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other logistics software
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
