Hisense, a leading provider of connected TVs, is looking for a dynamic Account Executive specializing in advertising sales. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with brands, agencies, and TV media buyers, leveraging Hisense's connected TV platform to deliver effective advertising solutions. This position requires a strong background in advertising sales, digital media, and a deep understanding of the connected TV landscape.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertising agencies, brands, and media buyers.

  • Drive advertising sales: Identify opportunities and effectively sell advertising solutions on Hisense connected TVs to achieve revenue targets.

  • Understand client objectives: Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising goals and objectives. Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.

  • Market and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in connected TV advertising. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Hisense's advertising solutions.

  • Sales pipeline management: Plan and execute sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and managing the sales pipeline. Continuously monitor and report on sales performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and client satisfaction.

  • Sales presentations and negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve revenue goals.

  • Client support and relationship management: Provide ongoing support to clients, including campaign performance analysis, optimization recommendations, and addressing any issues or concerns.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in advertising sales: Demonstrated success in selling advertising, preferably in the traditional TV or connected TV space.

  • Deep understanding of traditional TV and connected TV advertising: Familiarity with the TV ads landscape, including ad formats, targeting capabilities, and measurement metrics.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of advertising solutions. Experience delivering persuasive sales presentations is essential.

  • Results-driven and goal-oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.

  • Collaborative mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.

  • Market and industry knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the advertising and connected TV space.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
