Responsibilities:
Responsible for e-commerce Ads bidding strategy, build up and execute the right e-commerce ads strategy across different product categories to grow market share and optimize product mix towards step-up/high-end;
Build up Ads bidding algorithm based on big performance data, operate Ads bidding plan on platforms;
Keep optimizing key Ads performance metrics, including CVR, ACOS, ASOS etc.;
Work with different functional team (Business planning, product marketing, brand marketing etc.) and integrate resource to achieve sellout target;
Weekly analyze Ads performance and figure out the root cause of each metrics to fix in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
3+ years of e-commerce business operation experience;
Sophisticated in e-commerce operation key metrics and optimization;
Familiar with e-commerce ads bidding techniques and algorithms;
Hands-on experience to build ads bidding algorithms based on dataset and performance;
Spirit of startup, and dig to the roots to figure out issues and optimize from deep;
Good team-work and collaborations with all cross-functional teams.
