Responsibilities

Drive the Air Conditioner product line in accordance with the brand vision to support the company’s business and brand objectives. Develop long-term sales/pricing strategy and monitor short-term sales implementation, such as managing pricing offers, sales policies, long-term and short-term sales forecasts, and target completion in coordination with sales, product, marketing, supply chain, and finance.

  • Accountable for P&L of the product line, including meeting revenue and profit targets and growth trajectory of the product line.

  • Monitor revenue and profit and come up with solutions to address gaps, working together with the sales team.

  • Work with sales to set goals for growth.

  • Establish pricing strategy and cost savings for associated product lines.

  • Price management, price roadmap.

  • P&L calculation/pricing offer.

  • Sales policy and accrual management.

  • Sets direction for cost efficiency; authorized to reduce cost through any reasonable means.

  • Build sales plan.

  • Work with sales team to create business plans and launch plans for new business.

  • Responsible for reporting and forecasting product line sales volumes and operational surplus.

  • Generate the sell-in forecast from sales team and PSI document / inventory documents and send to finance team.

  • Product strategy and sales strategy.

  • Work with product planning team and R&D to define short-term / long-term product strategy.

  • Identify and pursue new product opportunities that expand the product portfolio.

  • Monitor product planning and product development.

  • Review product marketing assets.

  • Product quality issue follow up, process improvement.

  • Communicate with factory and R&D to seek support on issues.

  • Generate reports, including sales monitoring, leadership reports, and operations reports via Microsoft Excel and in-house databases.

  • Monitor channel and Hisense (PSI) inventory turnover with supply chain team.

  • Business, marketing follow-up, process improvement.

 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of sales and business planning/management experience.

  • 2+ years of working in the Home Appliances industry – Premium brand experience is preferred.

  • Home appliance-related (AC) background.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player.

  • Excellent time-management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Chinese preferred.
