Responsibilities:

  • Dispute all customer invalid rebates:

  • Submit dispute on customer portal or communicate the invalid rebates with customers directly.

  • Maintain a record to track the dispute progress.

  • Follow up on cases until resolution is reached.

  • Process rebate on ISPS.

  • Process all customers’ post audit claims:

  • Categorize PA claims and communicate the issue with customers and internal departments.

  • Address the cause of PA claims and communicate the question to customers to decrease PA.

  • Maintain a good relationship with sales team and customers.

  • Update policies to make the claim process more efficient.

  • Initiate meetings with sales and business planning team to solve problematic claims.

  • Attend national customers’ user training to keep updated on any changes or challenges.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Accounting or Finance.

  • 3+ years’ experience in managing accounts receivable as an AR team lead.

  • 2+ years’ experience in managing supply chain financing.

  • Advanced Excel and SAP skills.

  • Familiar with major channels’ rules and platforms, including Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Amazon, Target, Lowe’s etc.

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Professional and effective oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automation/Power Virtual Agents)

  • Microsoft VBA

  • SalesForce

  • Dun & Bradstreet credit management

  • Chinese (Mandarin)
