Hisense B2B Division is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to develop and lead channel strategy in the Digital Signage market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Inbound Logistics Operation:  Take charge of and lead the development and operation team of Incoming Inventory Monitor platform base on Microsoft VBA and Power BI/Power Automatic, the platform gets third party data through API/EDI or direct syn with supplier database to get live data set by SQL.  Take responsibility of result output and take action for any urgent/abnormal case support and long term improvement project.  Lead Inbound Logistics Flow Network Study and Optimization Project.  Define and build network simulation model, analyze, and provide optimization solutions using Power BIReport and hold routine meetings with Hisense China HQ Logistics team; these tasks include communicating with Chinese-speaking-only logistics team in China HQ via emails, phone calls, in Mandarin Chinese.

  1. Leading Inbound Logistics Team:  Support team member for regular operation in daily task and skill training.  Measure team performance, and set-up improvement plan.

  1. Supplier Management:  Set-up US domestic/international supplier mid to long term operation plan/KPI.  Lead the operation management team to secure the actual output.  Lead the warehouse operation optimize team.  Set up and analyze critical index, take responsibility of leading the warehouse simulation model base on Microsoft VBA and Power BI to improve picker routing and refine inventory storage policies.  Supervise the analyze result of from daily operation data, identify, and alert any potential problems.  Develop and implement analytical models for inventory forecast and warehouse operation optimization.  Organize routine meetings on daily basis with US Domestics Supplier and International Supplier, including China Factory/Steam line company, these tasks include communicating with Chinese-speaking-only China Factory team via emails, phone calls, in Mandarin Chinese.

  1. Logistic Cost Analyst:  Lead the operation of data collection and analyze result of logistic costs, create the data-visualized report base using Microsoft Power BI to seek potential opportunities for improvements.  Establish correlation analysis platform using Python to identify any abnormal logistic costs.  Aggregate and analyze data across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.  Hold monthly meetings with Hisense China HQ finance and audit teams, these tasks include communicating with Chinese-speaking-only China HQ finance and audit team via emails, phone calls, in Mandarin Chinese.

  1. Support special project from China HQ:  Support exhibition shows like CES.  Support Hisense clients for local business travel and meetings.  Work with China HQ team and coordinate local resource to support Hisense business exhibition/client meetings, these tasks include communicating with Chinese-speaking-only China HQ team via emails, phone calls, in Mandarin Chinese.

 

Job Requirements:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management; Industrial Engineering; Management; or a closely related field, plus 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience working as Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Specialist or closely related positions. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. We will also accept any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience. Must be Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Speaking, Reading, and Writing), native speaker proficiency. Experience should include working on warehouse operation optimization, logistic costs analysis, working with MS VBA, PowerBI/Power Automatic, API/EDI, Python
