The Kitchen Product Field Service Manager will provide and maintain the highest level of service possible to help promote sales, growth, and success of Hisense.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Build national field service networks for kitchen product installations and repairs.

·       Design and build job dispatch processes between Hisense and third-party service providers; ensure all installation and repair orders are well-communicated and handled by third-party servicers.

·       Monitor field service related expenses and process labor cost reimbursements.

·       Monitor the national field service network performance, and provide necessary training and support. Primary performance indicators include service turnaround rate, first visit resolution, consumer complaint rate and service cost rate.

·       Based on NPS survey and consumer feedback/reviews, formulate correction and improvement plans, coordinate concerned parties to work together and continuously elevate consumer satisfaction level in field service/support.

 

Qualifications:

·       At least 1 year as a manager in field service/ support.

·       Associate degree or above.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Knowledge of kitchen/home appliances is preferred.
