Hisense B2B Division is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to develop and lead channel strategy in the Digital Signage market.



·       Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts (Distribution partners, Resellers, Sis, Pro-AVs, NSPs).

·       Good understanding of commercial display products and technologies (Interactive Flat Panel and Large Format Displays).

·       Implementation of strategies and alignment of the tasks to gain Hisense market share within distributors, Pro-AV partners, NSPs and dealers/systems integrators.

·       Attainment of assigned targets for profitable sales revenue and execution of the go to market strategy with regular tracking and reporting.

·       Manages forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels (channel and Hisense).

·       Manages overstocks or aged inventory, and negate returns with proactive sales actions.

·       Leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets associated with a partner relationship.

·       Sells through partner organizations to resellers/end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

·       Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.

·       Proactively recruits new qualifying partners/resellers.

·       Regular observation and reporting of competitive products, pricing, and promotions.

·       Represent Hisense B2B at customer meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.

·       Manage administrative jobs with support from internal teams.


Job Requirements:

·       • Bachelor's degree

·       • 5+ years of sales experience in digital signage sales (Interactive Flat Panel and Large Format Displays).

·       • Professional product knowledge and experience (Interactive Flat Panel and Large Format Displays).

·       • Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work as a team.

·       • Must have strong communication and executional skills and a desire to work in a challenging fast-paced environment.
